Questions About Word Bible Church

According to the Bible is taking a customer survey considered as sin,' judging others'?

The Bible Church teaches not to judge others. So is providing feedback (survey) on how Good or Bad the customer service agent you dealt with, considered a sin? Yes technically I am judging their performance.. Satan is so cunning :( Does anyone agree? Or am I wrong. Bless. Being a faithful Christian and standing on the words of the Bible alone is very challenging.

Why have churches sold out to the government?

Obtaining Corporation Status (501c3) is Against God The word "church" is not meant to refer to any physical building, but refers to the worldwide body of believers in Christ. The word "church" (ecclesia in Greek - called out ones) does not refer to any organization, no matter it's name or legal status. Keep that in mind when reading this article. It is time for Christians to wake up and turn back to God. We need to turn to the Lord and repent of our sins that we have committed against Him. We need to ask for forgiveness of tolerating idolatry that removes His Sovereignty over His Church. To see that the Church is in grave danger we must have a clear understanding of what a corporation is. We also need to realize what the courts have ruled about corporations and that a corporation has no rights, only privileges, granted by the "estate." To become a corporation removes the authority of the Lord over a corporate church and puts it under the bondage of man's law. According to man, The S

Why do my Pentecostal friends and family members give me crap for reading a Bible given to me by Mormons?

A few years ago, I requested a KJV Bible from a Mormon church. They were kind enough to give me one free of charge. When I told my Pentecostal friends and family members that the Mormons gave me a copy of the KJV Bible, they freaked out. Several of them actually told me I should get rid of it because it was an evil book. I tried to explain that it was the same word for word as the Bible they were reading from, but they wouldn't listen.

Bible Scholars & Experts: Is mankind on trial before the End of Times (Isaiah 56-66)?

According to Winston Kayanan from the Philippines (interpreter of the new versions of Daniel 7-12 in June 2004, Genesis 1-3 in September 2011, 2 Peter 1-3 in October 2011, Revelation 1-22 in November 2011 and his latest, Isaiah 40-66 in October 2012,) he claimed that he knows future things pertaining to the End of Times since God gave him understanding of the TRUE MEANING of these prophetic words. He claimed that the Book of Revelation speaks of JUDGMENT and less than a year, he later found it corroborating with the scriptures as TRIAL in the Book of Isaiah. Isaiah presented his prophecies as if man (acting as the defendant) is being tried before God (as the Judge) and hence, whatever sinful man did & does is now being used as testimony against him. In the scriptures, we cannot feign ignorance that these tell of the End of Times because all the unconsummated or unfulfilled prophecies in the Bible are now live, i.e., coming through. Like Isaiah chapter 63: 1-6 and Revelation 19: 11-21,

Does your church teach you about the resurrection?

During Christ’s Millennial Reign, as the benefits of the ransom sacrifice are applied, obedient subjects of the Kingdom will grow to perfection, eventually becoming completely free from all the effects of Adam’s sin. (Rom. 8:21) Jehovah “will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces.” (Isa. 25:8) God’s Word also says that “scrolls [will be] opened,” indicating that those living at that time will be given new information. (Rev. 20:12) As the earth is transformed into a paradise, “righteousness is what the inhabitants of the productive land will certainly learn.”—Isa. 26:9. 9 The resurrected ones will be judged, not on the basis of sin inherited from Adam, but by what they themselves choose to do. Revelation 20:12 says: “The dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds,” that is, their deeds following their resurrection. What a marvelous example of Jehovah’s justice, mercy, and l

Does watching Church on TV considered going to Church?

I am studying the word of God but, due to my work schedule its hard for me to find a church that is around my work schedule.I watch Charles Stanley's sermons on Saturday nights on TV at home. Is this considered attending church but, at home? Do you have to attend a church just to study the word of God? Please be honest with your answers. This question was a little difficult to write. I also take notes on the sermons and look up scripture in my bible while I'm watching the sermon.

How can a minister who performs weddings (independent of a church) protect against threats from gay couples?

No, this is not merely hypothetical. This is happening to one of my students. ___________________________________ A real-life context is vital to this question so the OPTIONAL DETAILS FOLLOW: One of my grad students came to me yesterday for advice. As a minister ordained by his denomination, he can legally perform wedding ceremonies as part of his own independent business. (That is, he is not officiating at weddings as a part of pastoral duties and the ceremonies are at various locations, some held in local church buildings rented for such events and some in other venues.) And one of his "specialties", and business advantages over the average busy, over-scheduled minister is his being on call 24/7 for "weddings on short-notice". So a couple which suddenly decides to elope or which is without a minister at the last minute because of illness or other emergency can call on my student to perform their wedding upon seeing him in the Yellow Pages (which is a telephone book advertising s

CATHOLICS are prideful of the Bible?

Many Catholics (on here especially) will say pridefully "we assembled the Bible", then why do most Catholics don't read it personally? If you did? Then you would question many things the Catholic doctrine teaches, especially on Mary, especially on justification. Speaking of justification, the main reason why Luther left the Catholic church was on this subject. Catholic doctrine teaches a merit system, works based, where as Holy Scripture teaches grace based (God given). So many references Ephesian 2:8-10 for example that a Catholic will not understand because you do not read your Bible, and if you do, you DO NOT have faith in the Bible, rather in man (priests, pope, nuns, etc.) Yes I applaud the early church leader for assembling the Bible guided by the Holy Spirit, but that same Holy Spirit requires the Christian to READ and OBEY His words!

Where to find a genuine full gospel church?

My friend told me about giving tithes to a chuch that is just their way of ensuring that they dont go broke, but it is a deception, as you see by the scriptures, you decide, I cant tell anything more than what the bible says, he said. Is that true? A true ministry is usually very poor and focused on the preaching aspect of ministry, but once they become prosperous, they tend to become more wordly hence, they become like a business, handeling the church as a business, and why is that? Anyone out their who is intelligent plz give me an objective summary and do not show ignorance!! Ok? Good and I'll be looking out for formative answers. THANKS

How is the Bible the word of God?

From what I understand, many people wrote many religious texts, and the early Church formed a canon "Bible" with the texts they approved. That is how the modern Bible is arranged with the Old Testament, Gospels and all of the books from Paul. If the Church picked what went into the Bible, then how is this the word of God? Did he fly down and tell them what to do? Edit: I can see how the Old Testament could be, but not the New.

What are some fun things for Non-Christians to do in church...?

Willys cynical thought for the day; There can not be freedom of religion without freedom from religion! Pull aside an unruly child in a preschool Sunday school class and say: "If you're bad in here, you'll go to Hell." Put stray dogs in coat closets. Un-tune the piano. Replace the pianist's sheet music with "Stairway to Heaven." Going through all the hymnals, mark song 666. Find an empty seat, and ask the person next to it: "Is this seat SAVED?" Toss around a giant beach ball before service, like at Grateful Dead concerts. Ten minutes before it starts, find a kid in the front rows, hand him a dollar, and tell him to ask the preacher: "Would you rather be stoned or crucified?" Hide copies of Hustler inside the pulpit. Point them out. Start a wave. Do cool things with the lighting. When attendance is taken, sign on fake names like "Hugh G. Rection" and "Oliver Klozoff." Wear an ankh or a new-age crystal pendant. When the choir sings, roll your eyes and grumble: "Oh, Christ
